BOOT UP: BRAZILIAN GREAT RONALDO RETIRES
Monday, February 14, 2011

.
Ronaldo, the face (and haircut) of Brazilian soccer for more than a decade(18 years on the pitch) has announced his retirement. Ronaldo was three time FIFA player of the year, won two world cups with Brazil, and broke the record for most goals scored in World Cup tournament play. After playing with UEFA giants AC Milan, Barcelona, and Real Madrid he retires as a member of Brazilian club Corinthians.
Ronaldo’s haircut in the pic above also helped elevate him to icon status in the world of international sport, but to us he looks like a shoe in for one of the thug extras in Robocop or any Dirty Harry style cop film.
