The Philadelphia Union will now be sporting a kit with a major sponsor more familiar with clubs from south of the border than in the MLS. Mexico based baking conglomerate Bimbo is a new sponsor for the Union, making it the first MLS team sponsored by the company that also sponsors Mexican first division clubs, America, Chivas de Guadalajara, and Monterrey. The sponsorship deal is a nice cool 12 million for a for year sponsorship of the club.
