Game Related: A-Rod Flips His NYC Penthouse For “Significant Profit”

Wednesday, January 25, 2012

Say what you will about A-Rod as a player and a teammate. The guy knows how to get paid, and not just from baseball. The money man of the Yankees bought a penthouse apartment last year in the Rushmore building on the upper west side (80 Riverside Boulevard) of Manhattan for $5.5 million and recently sold it at what real estate brokers are calling a “significant profit.” His presence in the building has bought esteem to the Rushmore, which has brought up the price. As the saying goes “money makes money” and for A-Rod this rings true. It’s no telling where he will chose to dwell next, but wherever he lands, money is sure to follow.
